CityPlace is a 60-acre mixed-use urban district that is a vibrant hub for the community. Construction began in this area in early 2015. When completed, the district will feature luxury residential, glass and steel office buildings, retail, dining, a full-service hotel (Marriott CityPlace at Springwoods Village), and a beautiful public plaza (CityPlace Plaza) that invites residents and workers to gather and enjoy the scenery. All buildings within CityPlace are LEED certified or the equivalent. CityPlace is walkable or bikeable from the neighboring corporate campuses, residential neighborhoods, the medical district, hotels, and parks.
